New design looks a lot nicer. I still don't love the slight gap that you can see between the running board and the bottom of the door, but it seems like that's only from very specific angles...

Are the connectors flush with the body or do you lose some clearance? Thanks.

Great question. The connectors are not flush. You do lose a very small amount of clearance but I have not measured. Any running board is going to take away a small amount because it has to come out below the rockers (else doors will run).

For anyone planning to rock crawl or do anything more than light off roading I recommend rock sliders instead for the added protection.
Great video! Thanks for putting this together. The EV sport line looks more flush with the underside but, their delivery/timeline is not great. I wish this one was more flush. Also, do these impact/cut the puddle lights? Cheers.

No impact on puddle lights at all. ?
That's great. Can you take a look at the below EV Sportline link and LMK your thoughts. There's a "front-end" view showing no ground clearance change. If EV Base could mod their one to be similar, I'd jump. Cheers.
