... you read it on the Internet so it must be true?

There are many things that can cause a tire to wear out early.
There are no ways I know of to make a tire last twice as long as it's designed for.

That alone should make you question your conclusion, because it is "well documented" on this forum that people are getting 50k, 60k miles from these tires. We just don't whine about it like the people who destroy their tires in 10k.
No I experienced it and got rid of my tires at 20k. Also several other owners on here and I believe them. Glad it worked for you but don’t dismiss others experiences that don’t tally with yours.

I will also add that the loaner I had which had 17000 miles on it also had terrible tire noise.

Furthermore, it is consistent with poor maintenance of the tires hence the rapid wear. If your wheels are not aligned and balanced they will wear unevenly and will produce significantly more noise.

It must be the quality of the glass
My old Tundra has 250K same freeways around Los Angeles, same driving style NOT EVEN ONE CRACK....
My theory is that its the aerodynamics of the truck (lack thereof).

Yeah, at 15k I couldn't hear myself think with original off road tires...they were wearing even all around and maybe could have made 30k if I didn't care about my hearing.

I also have over 100k on my R1T. I'm impressed with your tires. The pirellis lasted me 15k, but the michelins have lasted twice as long. I needed to replace the rear shocks under warranty at 20k, then again at 100k. The difference is the usage. I tow maybe 2000lbs 2 months out of the year, but haul 1000lbs often. This can wear shocks and tires on short trips.
