False Email Marketing?

Anyone else getting sent emails saying you have a preorder voucher and get “20% off” when your account doesn’t have one?

I’ve been getting these for a couple months and finally believed I must have one somewhere in the backend of my account even though I can’t see it on my profile. My family and I were stoked to purchase an R1T this weekend, as I’ve been receiving these emails for quite some time.

Turns out it was a mistake by their messaging system and their customer service and sales team have told me to kick rocks lol.

Anyone else have a similar experience?

Yup, I got one. Reached out to them and let them know that I will get another vehicle if they have the voucher. CS rep told me that they will honor it for a 2023 or a 2024 model that they are trying to get rid of. A day later I got a call stating that with the couple price would be 85K for a gen 2 that would cost 89K. Didn't feel that was worth it and I thanked her for her time and politely declined.

Dang! I’d take it on a 23 or 24 easy! Haven’t gotten any “make good” offer. Just a “we have Dual Max’s at 2.99% APR…” lol

Were you an early preorder holder? If not it seems like a pretty obvious mistake.
