There's bound to be some people who reserved when the R1T was revealed on 11/26/18. I waited for the R1S reveal to reserve mine.

There's another preorder #16XX back in post #8, also on 11/27. I think this is different from the #1605 preorder in post #62.

I believe the LA Auto Show opened on the 11/28 so these preorders were placed before RJ took the Rivians public, but that's okay. Inevitably there were folks who knew what was going to be launched and they wanted to get on board early. Maybe some of the early investors in Rivian.

We have our first Dec 2019 data, 12/26/19 @ 39297.

We need additional data between 11/29/19 & 12/26/19 to see if there is an indication of an "artificial" jump.
