I was scheduled to drive at Santa Clarita and then the rain (or whatever) canceled the last few days when I had a time slot. But they called me and brought a truck to my house and I was able to take a test drive.

I ordered my R1T around the 2nd quarter of 2020. Not a launch edition.

I have no idea why I was selected for an at home test drive over others who might have also had their time slots cancelled. As with a lot of things Rivian, it may have just been random selection.

Its a personal event. They drive to your house and they let you drive around.

Nada. I am signed up but no invite to date. I live near their corporate headquarters in Irvine.
