It looks like from the photos the mattress slants up significantly near the head area. I wonder how uncomfortable that would be for sleeping on? If I were going to sleep more than once back there I think I'd want to take a sheet of 1/2 inch finish grade plywood (like birch) and use some cross pieces of lumber to make a completely flat base for the mattress. The downside would be restricting the ability to fold up the second row of seats if using a single piece of plywood up to 78 inches long, but the wood base could be made in two or three sections to allow it to be easier to remove and stack.
