This is how 220v outlets are made
2 separate circuit 110v 30A source joined to make a 220v outlet. It's how all wall chargers are wired to a breaker box.
This setup worked well for me with the Rivian Portable charger.
Multiple points of safeguards should keep from the photo'd truck from happening.
Worst case scenario is using 110v outlets on the same circuit will instantly trip the circuit breaker

Or, if you are in a campground with nasty 50 year old breakers that may not work, you burn something down. This is just a bad idea. If you are in a campground and have multiple 110V outlets, chances are they are on the same breaker. Meanwhile you could use (perhaps derate) the 240V outlet right beside the 110V ones.
