This may be the best thread on this forum... it is a slow roll. I'm still in. But no idea why. At this point I'm thinking about volunteering to deliver to anywhere in WA, OR, or BC just to meet the other people who are in. But I especially would like to meet Riviot because it takes some special passion to kick off a project like this.

Still in for same unknown reasons! $100 for four gallons of $1.59!wiper fluid… Yes, please! ?

The concentrate is considered 100%. Transportation of Hazmat requires lesser concentration to make ground transport with "Limited Quantity" instead. This is a 33% dilution.

So, watered down? More so than factory fill? I was hoping for concentrate that I would dilute before pouring into the smell vessel! No?

Comparing the barrel to the bottle, looks like the same dilution.

anyone have their washer fluid reservoir cracked or leaking?

i got warning message that fluid was low. i promptly bought fluid, poured in the entire gallon and left. came back a couple of hours later to see a huge pool of fluid around the right front passenger side wheel.

When the shop replaces your reservoir/lines, you are required to bring a growler and ask them to fill it. Send Chris my regards ?

I'm starting with PNW folks to see if there's enough regional interest to justify 144 gallons of the OG washer fluid we all miss so much: Genuine Chemistry's all season windshield washer fluid.

I'm willing to buy a pallet up front, store it, and dole it out at cost. I'm in the Seattle area and we can figure out specific pickup points and times in the future, including a Portland and Spokane trip (i got u @Lil'O Annie). I will not ship it because of hazmat regulations.

The base cost is $18/gallon and I estimate shipping around $4/gallon. I'll share redacted quotes and invoices from GC if we have enough folks.

Please list your desired gallons and preferred pickup point (Seattle, Portland, Spokane).

From reading the labels on GC's pink bottle, the ingredients are Ethanol, Water and "propitiatory ingredients". Ethanol and Water are easy enough for people to source locally, all we really need is the "propitiatory ingredients".

I wonder if there is any chance that GC would be willing to sell @Riviot a jug that was 100% "propitiatory ingredients". Even if 1 jug of "propitiatory ingredients" cost the same as a pallet of pre-mixed fluid, it would be a win. Mailing out a spoon full of (hopefully) non-flammable "propitiatory ingredients" is so much easier than storing and distributing a bunch of gallon sized jugs of of pink ethanol.

It smells like happiness? ?

In all honesty, it's a great smell, and I think the fact that you can't buy it in stores has made this a brass ring. So, therefore, it has blossomed into a fun experience... which will we be better WHEN GC ANSWERS THEIR PHONE AND GETS US OUR JUICE
