Gear guard: Event vs video

In gear guard, when I click save it asks if I want to "copy event" or "copy video". Same thing when I click delete. It asks if I want to "delete event" or "delete video" .

What's the difference between the event and video options?

Event is all 4 cameras vs video is just the one view

How could the main Motion Cam screen say my home on a certain date, has 6 events but there are only 4 cameras in 1 video?
