Gear Guard stops recording events after 48 hours

Hello all, to keep long story short:
Had my truck parked for 6 days, and motion cam deactivated itself after 2 days, and I was unable to turn it back on via phone app.

Has anyone experienced this? Is it a bug or a feature?

And if it is done to prevent vampire drain, then it failed because truck still lost ~ 9% of battery charge over 6 day period.

Also, I was on the latest software at the time, 2023.46.0

Any thoughts?
