Gen 2 cruise control denominations

I just got my Gen 2 R1s the other day and for some reason when I try to adjust the speed for cruise control it skips numbers so it will do every other number and sometimes every number - just me?

I did try an infotainment reset but not a full.

It looks like when I switch to Miles, it goes up one mile at a time, when in Km (I am in Canada) it goes up by miles...so 1.6km each button press....
