Help on Diagnosing Front Suspension Issue

Hoping to see if anyone could help on diagnosing a front suspension issue on my 2023 R1T (quad motor - 15,000 miles). I have a squeak/ticking noise that appears to be coming from the front of the vehicle, possibly the suspension. The noise is easily noticeable when driving at a low speed on smooth pavement. In searching the forums, it may be a half shaft issue or the jounce lines.

The real question - any ideas on whether this safe to drive? I ask because the earliest I can get into the SC is August 7. I provided the video to Rivian and they said they can’t diagnose this remotely (not surprised) and there are no earlier appointments.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Tighten wheel lugs, have a close lock at the half shaft retaining bolts on the back of the knuckle/hub to see if they've backed out. Sometimes it's far enough to actually start to wear down the head. I'd put my money on something to do with the half shaft.

We actually just had our R1T serviced for this. They replaced the half-shafts. We drove on them clicking for six weeks waiting for our appointment. After the replacement she is as quiet as a mouse again. Everything was covered under warranty.

Multiple possibilities. Hence can’t diagnose remotely from a video alone. Loose lug nut is one possibility. Gen1, especially early ones, are known to have issues with half shaft play. Not critical, just noisy. Jounce lines are another that could cause squeaking. All have multiple threads you can read about via forum search.
