Help to decipher the time remaining when charging

Newbie here, first time taking the R1S on a road trip and using the Electrify America charging stations. To start, these stations suck! Three of the 4 didn’t work. Anyway, my question was why did the car show that I’ve 0 min left when we still had 7% left to charge? (See pic included). It just doesn’t seem like a reliable tool if I were away from my car when charging and to gauge time remaining for returning to the car.

I have a similar issue, but with home charging. Rivian's app will say 4 hours to charge the battery to 70% at 11kW, and basic math tells me that's not possible in even double that. Unsure what's causing it.
