Hotspot question

Loving my Gen 2 R1S so far & everything has worked flawlessly so far. Only thing I can’t seem to figure out is the vehicle hotspot. When I search for it on a device it is not showing up & if I scan QR code I get error saying device can’t connect. I did change the name of the hot spot & password, not sure if that has anything to do with it??

Any thoughts?
