How are phone calls and texts handled?

I hear what you’re saying. I think the difference there is theoretically, the passenger would also be observant of what’s going on and could help warn of a slowdown, etc.

My mom disproves that theory every time I’m driving on the freeway with her as a passenger.

Of course I’m sure she’s less distracting than I was for her when I was a kid.
