Realized today that having to close two doors every time I open the center console is seemingly pointless?
Wondering if there's any logical reason they chose to spit it in half instead of putting in a standard rear hinge single door? Maybe there was a specific reason for it? I just can't figure it out.
If I could just open one or the other, wouldn't be bad for reaching in for the small things. But, press the button and they both open and have to close each one individually. Not a real big deal, but just one of those things I can't figure out the thinking behind?
Curious if any others even noticed, cared or had any thoughts on it?
I notice the same thing with the garage home link being two taps away instead of one. Hoping someday they offer the ability to add direct links / icons to the bottom or top row so we can configure the particular items we use most to be just a single tap away. Just another items that requires two steps instead of one.
