How Important is my Saved Configuration?

I have saved a configuraion for the R2 in my account. How important is this in determining when Rivian reaches out to me to place an order? Am I "stuck" with this configuration or can I change it, and will this affect my order date?

I don't think it affects anything. I have multiple "saved" configurations.

Has 0 impact. Once you get the invite it takes you to the configurator to order.

It means absolutely nothing in all respects.

I agree, means nothing. I had one saved but could not figure out how to use the saved configuration from the link they sent Mr so I just recreated it. Not a lot of options so pretty quick to replicate the configuration I had saved.

Thanks for the feedback. I know choosing "launch edition" mattered, but I wondered if the configuration also factored into timing of invitation. Still waiting........

Do you think they really will contact everyone on the reservation list by the and of June????

I believe that if you have a reservation, they will let you know when your order window is by EOM. This is not very hard for them to do.
