How often does your Infotainment reset on its own?

Just picked up new dual performance max pack yesterday and this happened three or four times on the drive home. Never saw this in two years with my quad. Anybody find a fix? or just fixes on own? I put in a ticket.

My R1S started doing this every few days. I need to do a big reset (left button + hazards) to see if this resolves it.
