Add me to the list, just started in the last couple weeks, cooler weather and/or recent update.

Yes, cleaning the glass always helps with this issue.

Secondly, I've had the service to remove some of the refrigerant and still have the issue. Seems unrelated. That was their way of blowing you off.

Lastly, using AUTO seems to be the biggest issue. Running more air at a higher fan speed on the front glass is always the solution.

Well, unfortunately with relatively cooler air and prolonged rainy/misty days this issue has reappeared for me.

Some observations from my experience:

If the ambient temp is lower than what the climate control temp is set at, and the vehicle is pumping "heat" into the cabin, it almost seems like the vehicle shuts off the A/C compressor. That would work if the air was dry, but because the humidity is off the charts, the windows begin and continue fogging up.

If I hit "defog" in the climate control, the air redirects to the windshield, but it still blows hot, and moisture buildup continues.

If I then set climate back to Auto, then try a lower temperature, I can sometimes get it to blow cool (and thus, air conditioned) air, and the moisture starts to evaporate. But sometimes, even with it set at a low temp, the air continues blowing hot without moisture removal. Sometimes if I shut the climate off and restart, it will then decide to blow cold (air conditioned) air when then removes the moisture/fogging from the windows.

Looking at a long road trip in the next few days during the rain and not looking forward to it...
