Hi @HotPocket and @Groovian, I found useful information on this post and I'm in a similar situation with leaking jounce lines.
Could you help me complete the build on the drain and refill machine? I got the Vacuum resin trap 3 Gal from Amazon, and a small vacuum pump. I'm planning to get the compressed chamber from Harbor Freight. Does anyone have any specs on the fittings Hollywood Mechanic used? I found a few QC40 male 1/4" Swagelok fittings, I'm not sure which one is correct (ebay link for reference).
Also, where did you source the valves and the pvc lines for the build? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @100jacks!
Sorry for the slow reply, haven't been on the forum lately. Here's a google drive link to all the resources I had cobbled together. This includes a spreadsheet of parts (from Amazon and a couple optionally from Harbor Freight), a diagram of how things are connecting, and a couple photos showing my first pass and a modified version that was slightly more stable for shipping/hauling the machine around.

Feel free to reach out with any questions if you haven't already solved this problem. I can talk you through the steps. This is all based on Hollywood Mechanic's design, though I made some adjustements.

I hope this helps!

Hi @HotPocket, thank you so much! I made my own version which is similar to yours, watching the Hollywood mechanic video probably about 100 times so far. I can make some improvements, since I used cheap Harbor Freight valves.
I just bled and refilled the suspension this weekend and the errors went away, I can adjust the ride height, but I the damper warning light on the dash persists.
I'm expecting a new battery tomorrow and I'll try calibration through the software afterwards.
If that doesn't work, I'll probably take it to SC for a dreaded salvage inspection and suspension repair.
