Infotainment Issues with R1T

Anyone experiencing issues with the infotainment? For the last two months, the quality of the sound system is not there for me anymore. The kicker is that all of the sudden while am driving, the dash speakers sound louder or turn on, and my music sounds balance - get good high notes. It doesn’t last long. A song or two, and they stop playing. I took it to the service center and was told that there were aware of the issue and that was going to be fixed in the next software update. Well, that was not the case. Now, I also have issues with conncectivity. I get in the truck and Apple Music or Spotify does not load due to no internet connection. I know I have good signal, so that is not it. Anyone les experiencing the same? Mine is a 2022. I am going to reach out to the Service Center but it sucks taking it in for such a silly thing. It is a 4 hour drive. Thanks.

I can’t say I have most of those issues. I often get “no internet connection “ but my phone is connected and the R1S shows connection. Sure, I can play from my phone via Bluetooth but it’s another unnecessary step. Not having a satellite antenna in a vehicle this expensive is ridiculous in my opinion.

Interesting... since the last two updates while listening to the radio of all things I've had two software crashes. One before I left the house which was minor and the radio screen just reloaded, but the other was while I was driving - both screens went dark and flashed then went through a reboot. Luckily the issue didn't affect the driving, and I did a full infotainment software reset when I stopped. It hasn't happened since but I haven't driven it a lot due to travel. I also saw the Spotify fail to load notice once but that rectified itself pretty quickly. I have a 2023.

Interesting. After this last 2026.070 OTA update, 3-4 times I've had both displays lock up and then reboot about 5-10 mins into my morning drive; don't know if it was just a coincidence but each time shortly after I but on ACC and Spotify. After both displays rebooted it was fine. This ONLY happened AFTER the 2026.070 OTA update was installed.
