New iOS 3.11.0 app. I’m enjoying the UI updates with this one. little feature they added is to say when passive entries is disabled at home. However, the app now thinks that the charge port is left open, even though the car is plugged in and fully charged.

I have that version of the app but do not see the passive entry off. Do you also need the latest version in the vehicle? I have not been given that yet

ya might need latest version on vehicle. Odd you didn’t receive it yet. It’s been like 2 weeks?

I had an "interesting" thing happen with this update. I had all of the windows all the way down on my 2025 R1S. I went in to the restaurant and sat where I could see the car. I hit the button to "close windows" and the windows on the right side (which I could see) closed. Later when I went out to the car, both windows on the left side of the car were still open. One time bug or something else?

To me, there seems to be more and more randomness to the software bugs. Unfortunately, I don’t see any way to report software bugs to RIVIAN without opening a service ticket. Opening a service ticket doesn’t make sense to me when the bug mysteriously disappears.

Perhaps they have a different channel for tracking and solving these bugs, but I don’t know what it is.

Scroll down on your vehicle page in the App, there is a share feedback link, it will ask if it is service related.

Has anyone used the “Plan a Trip” feature? It just says, “Calculating route…” forever for me when I try to use it.

Also, I had several trips saved in the previous app version and they all disappeared in the new one.
Rivian released an iOS mobile app update and this is still not working. 🙄

Yeah I have the same with “Plan a Trip”. I just use the arrow thing in the app.

Try killing the app and rebooting the phone. It is working on my phone after taking the 3.11.1 update, was not working before.
