What's so dumb about waiting until the 9th is that it will fail, they'll have to tow and it'll cost them even more than if they just came right away.

Many others have initially taken that appointment that is a month out and then gotten it rescheduled for only a couple days out by contacting support through chat or phone.

Good luck and bummer on the 12V battery issue.

Ok, so when I originally called this morning, the lady said I could take it to a service center if I was close by, but KC being 3-ish hours away didn't seem like a great option.

I thought it over some more and decided I'd rather get this taken care of, so I called back around 345 today and the guy I spoke with asked if I was close to Council Bluffs. I told him I could go there or KC, tomorrow or Friday, just wherever I could get and have the replacement done and send me home. At the time he couldn't get ahold of the right people at each SC to give me an answer, but he called back around 8pm to tell me I can go to Council Bluffs Friday afternoon. So that's good news for a few reasons - confirmation of that SC being open, its an hour closer than KC, and I can get it fixed sooner than waiting for that mobile appointment

Pretty smooth. Arrived around 12:30, and was back on the road just after 2. Spent a little time chatting with the service guy about a few different things otherwise I would have left sooner. He even did a quick wash (by hand!) although it naturally collected a lot of bugs in the drive home

For anyone curious how my 21->20 wheel change has affected efficiency, here is what the truck shows for my service center trip. Left Ankeny around 10:15am, stopped in Avoca on the way home to charge and grab a slice of pizza, got home just before 5pm. Had the cruise set to 76-78 most of the time. I don't know how the OEM 21s would have fared, but I'm telling myself these are about the same or maybe a little better.

D'oh! Just discovered these new yellow ones today, had previously seen their original version and thought I'd get some eventually.

Also, last weekend I made a day trip from Ankeny to Bettendorf. Used the Supercharger in Walcott on the way there & back.

Left around 830, got home around 530.
Can't recall air temps, but Iowa in January tells me it was probably 20-30.
Cabin temp was set to 69.
AP mode on the way there, used Conserve on the way home after leaving Walcott.
Cruise set to 76-78 most of the I-80 portion.

Efficiency was... meh.

Sorry for my terrible photo quality here, but it doesn't need to be that great to read the numbers.
