That's because they looked up what's required to access that area (remove the tail light, bed liner on the pass side, etc..) from the inside and it's too much work for them. Due to the location and nature of that dent in a semi-rounded area, the metal there is fairly stiff and it will take more then the glue-n-pull by hand method most mobile PDR guys use. It will probably need to go in to a proper shop where they have high strength pulling equipment. Check with a local BMW/Mercedes and even Tesla dealership to see who they use for PDR.That’s what I thought but a lot of PDR shops from my yelp inquires just say no..
