Is this normal height level after update with kneel mode

Noticed the height level going down further in kneel mode .I read this as new feature in kneel mode . But not sure if this is normal . Of course getting down and getting in is easy compared to earlier. Some how never noticed how much it was going down earlier . Is this new normal now or I need to get it checked ?

On mine, measuring from the gap between the front and rear doors, prior to that update I was at about 9.5 inches. After that update I was at about 9 inches. So a drop of a half inch. I’m in a gen2 R1S for reference.

Oh I never took measurements. Good to know there is .5 inch drop.

Looks like the new normal compared to mine. Its noticeably lower. Top of front tire is about even with outer edge of the fender, maybe slightly inside. The rear tire is within about an inch of the the outer edge of the fender.
