Issues logging into web site and app

I am having a heck of a time getting logged into the Rivian web site.. and now I can't even log in on my phone app. I've been in contact with my guide and he has not been able to help me either..

At one point I was able to login via the web page.. but then I couldn't log in on the phone.. I logged out of the web page and I was able to log in via the phone. So strange.. Now I can't log in either place.

Has anyone else seen anything like this?

I was just able to log into my account on my laptop(macbook air, chrome) and phone(Pixel 6). I don't have my truck yet so maybe that has something to do with it. Does it give you any error messages when the log in fails? Have you tried using a different browser or in an incognito window?

I had this issue before. It took their ID team forever to fix it. Makes it hard to drive the truck when the phone isn't connected.

I've tried clearing cache/cookies/re-install and nothing lets it work.

The error is slightly different from entering the wrong password.

First pop-up is me resetting my password (this is what they first have you try). The second is me trying to login with that password.. the last one is me purposely typing a wrong password. You can see based on this that the password is correct but something else is preventing me from getting in...

Hmm, interesting. Yeah seems to be some kind of error with their auth provider, hopefully their tech team can get it sorted out quickly. Is it preventing you from using the app to control your truck or is it just for getting on to your account page?

Do you know how to open the dev tools on your browser? It might not give you any additional info but there could something in the console tab or network tabs. You'll need to have it open before you try to log. https://developer.chrome.com/docs/devtools/network/
