Read here I thought or another place that someone couldn't get their liftmaster 8500 working. I just tried mine and it worked first try with the remote.

Funny I couldn't find the remote so I grabbed my wireless keypad off the wall and tried that. It said it worked but never actually did. But the remote itself did. So I guess that's a requirement.

Kind of dumb to be honest, I programmed my car by just pressing learn and pressing the mirror button. It seems Rivian instead of learning the opener actually just mimics the remote.

anyone able to program the liftmaster 850lm? the RF frequencies match with ARK spec sheet, but it doesnt work for me.
