A lot of negotiation lol. I'm sure it's possible, but I fear it's too late to take delivery before the end of the month, which was a stipulation of my many incentives.

But yeah, after seeing others post their deals, I think I got a pretty fantastic thing going here. Good luck out there!!
I got a similar deal for a max pack but you did $1500 better than me in lease discounts. Hope you are enjoying your new ride. I pick mine up tomorrow and hopefully everything goes smoothly.

R1S Dual Large Performance
This is what I experienced during my order. They offered the standard $7,500 tax credit, $5,000 off for the dual large with performance upgrade, and an additional $3,000 off to match the trade in offer even though we weren’t trading in, and then offered a $2,500 comp because the configuration that was in stock didn’t have the wheels we wanted. I didn’t bother questioning the transfer fee due to what was offered up front.

Good experience and subsequent communication after leaving the store as well. 👍
We picked up our R1S Dual Large Performance today in Duncan, SC. I thought we would be taking delivery in Atlanta, GA or Richmond, VA, so this was great as it's only 1.5 hours from Charlotte (both of the other drives are 4+ hours).

They had a good amount of deliveries today, but they had us in and out in ~45 minutes. Everything looked great, no complaints or immediate service needs. We've experienced some software quirks throughout the day, but nothing too bothersome. There are also a few things we like more about the Rivian software than our previous two Teslas. Overall, a good experience so far.

Taking delivery today allowed us to keep the incentives that were given to us at the Rivian store when ordering from their stock a few weeks ago. Here's the breakdown:

$7,500 EV tax credit
$5,000 Performance upgrade credit
$3,000 Goodwill dollars (applied as if we were trading in an EV despite having no trade)
$2,500 Goodwill dollars (didn't have the wheels we originally wanted)
$1,600 Transfer fee waived

Same here. I picked up a similar deal for a R1S max. So far so good. I the handles do squeak when locking or unlocking. Does anyone know if there is a fix for this.

I like the auto lane change and that the autopilot reengages when changing lanes.

Our door handles make plenty of noise as well. I know the level of concern will vary greatly, but it doesn't really bother us at all. I was somewhat prepared for this after seeing multiple threads on the forums as we began our research on the Gen 2's. This thread in particular.

I really appreciated Tesla FSD for the highway. I wasn't very interested in point A to point B hands free. Really looking forward to seeing how the Rivian does on our July 4th road trip.
