Rhetorical question. How are so many trucks being delivered with this problem not being identified and corrected at the service center or factory prior to delivery?
Does the PDI not include verification of such basic functions like making sure the key can unlock and start the truck?
I think the answer is fairly clear. It's a result of poor final inspections combined with Rivian's decision to deliver vehicles with known defects and require buyers to turn in service tickets for problems identified at or prior to the delivery as opposed to correcting them before delivery.
