Update: Our R1S was returned to us about a month ago, all issue appear to be fixed after AC and HV Battery repair. We left for almost a month in Europe the day after getting it back and just got back home a couple days ago. So far everything seems to be working well, but we've only driven it a few times since getting it back since we were gone most of the last month.
Thanks for the update. Fingers crossed that no issues pop back up after you get some more driving on it! My biggest fear once I eventually get mine back from service is that it'll brick again right as I'm about to head out to pick kids up from school or I'll get stranded somewhere far from home. I wonder how long it'll take for that fear to subside, tbh.

Does anyone have any advice on what to do on a lease, if the vehicle breaks down/has issues from day 1? I took possession of the vehicle the other morning, and when we took it out the same afternoon, a bunch of warning lights came on and a message saying that the vehicle is shutting down. We called Rivian roadside, and rebooted twice as instructed, but no success. Eventually had it towed to the service center, and got a loaner the next day. The service center is backed up, next appointment available in November, but they agreed to take a look at our vehicle sooner. It’s been a 4 days, but still no updates from their side. This is a 2025 Gen2. It’s been quite frustrating to say the least.
Identical to us too - collected 31st August, within an hour of driving away from the Service Centre got a Service Suspension light. Likewise service was scheduled for November, so we just drove it straight back the next day. They said it wasn;t safe to drive & gave us a loaner. They had to replace the south zone ECU taking (including Labor Weekend) 12 days. Had a new issue last night & car refused to hard reboot. Now the car has been taken on a flat bed back to be fixed. 3 weeks 'ownership', 2 weeks on the road, less than 400miles & 2 significant issues. As much as we love it, it's testing my wife & I's confidence in it as a viable vehicle.
