Lost Communication

I have a 22 r1t and yesterday i lost all communication with the car. I have no Bluetooth even though it says the phone is connected and I have no longer have a data connection so no SOS availability either. I live over 125 miles from nearest SC and I don’ feel like it is something that needs to go to them. I have tried a hard reset but without data it will not do it. Any ideas or anyone else experience this?

This is almost certainly the answer. Lines up with my TCM failure and many others.

If the TCM hardware failed, no. Requires a SC visit. It’s possible mobile could try a 12v reset to see if the module comes back online but they weren’t willing to try that for me when mine failed. I’m about 2 hours out from local SC and it happened in November. Their policy may have changed but I’d check with them to see what they offer.

If the TCM failed you’d have more problems than just your phone connection. You mentioned SOS, what about streaming music, alexa, ADAS, navigation?
