Lost iPhone control panel widget after Version 3.0.0 update

I updated the Rivian app on my iPhone 16 Pro to 3.0.0 and generally like the improvement, but have lost the Rivian control panel widget and can't seem to get it back.

Is this unsupported now? If still supported, how do I get the widget back?

That's odd. Mine seems fine on my iPhone 15 pro. It's updated but the widget is still the same.

Delete, reboot, re-add.
