Lost kneel mode after update

After update 2023.30.0 I noticed that kneel mode had disappeared from my R1S. My R1T was unaffected. I tried all 3 types of reset but no success. I was on a completely flat surface, in All Purpose mode and the toggle for kneel mode was selected.
I opened a ticket with service and got a call from an extremely friendly and knowledgeable agent. He was aware of the issue and the fix, for me at least, was as follows:
1. Tap, don’t swipe, Kneel mode to deselect it.
2. Do a Full Reset by holding down the far left steering wheel button and the emergency flasher for about 15 seconds. (Warning-do not repeat this procedure for at least 1 hour, if necessary)
3. Tap, don’t swipe, Kneel mode to select it.
4. Drive the vehicle and get it over 15mph to activate the fix. Only a few seconds is needed.
5. Put vehicle in Park. Kneel mode should be reflected on the displays.
Again, it worked for me. YMMV.

That’s interesting. Kneel mode still works fine for me after the update.

Kneel mode is also no longer working for me. I also can't return the ride height to auto. It was manually set to standard height at the time of the update.

You need to do the reset as above. IF that does not fix it then you need to arrenge for a visit to your friendly SC.
