Ive had my R1T about 5 months. I've put on about 10,000 miles and I just wanted to say how much I love it! I just dropped it off at the Rivian service center 2 days ago for a few minor issues (The firsts I've had - even my tonneau cover still works!), and I miss it so much. I got a rental car and was quite excited its the Polestar V2, but I hate it. Didn't realize how much I'd miss my Rivian and I appreciate the quality of the build more than ever after driving this Polestar. Anyway, for anyone waiting still, Its worth it! Just hold on a wee bit longer and hopefully you end up as pumped as me!!

Almost 7000 miles in and I feel the same way! It’s such a spaceship (in the best way possible).

I am curious, what is it about the polestar that bothers you? I haven’t been in one but it was a consideration for our second car replacement.

I'm glad you're enjoying your Rivian too.
I'm sure its very subjective, but for me, the Polestar is just no where near as luxurious. Its a new car and the trim on the A post is loose and flapping off already. It looks like it was just glued on. The interface is not nearly as user-friendly and you keep having to go back to the main menu to get to another menu. The ventilation isn't good. The sound system doesn't even compare. Its super low to the ground and I feel pretty uncomfortable in the Polestar. and boxed in. I also don't enjoy the layout between the 2 front seats. Seems like a lot of wasted space.
Anyway, thats just me. Bring back my Rivian!!!
