For those that switched to 80 PSI max LT tires, what is your preferred tire pressure for everyday driving?

Some calculations:

Explanation:

• 1875 lbs per tire: This corresponds to 50% of the maximum load, so the tire pressure is 50% of the maximum pressure (80 PSI), which is 40 PSI.
• 2067 lbs per tire: This is approximately 55.12% of the maximum load, so the tire pressure is approximately 55.12% of 80 PSI, which is 44 PSI.
• 2480 lbs per tire: This is approximately 66.13% of the maximum load, so the tire pressure is approximately 66.13% of 80 PSI, which is 53 PSI.
• 3000 lbs per tire: This is 80% of the maximum load, so the tire pressure is 80% of 80 PSI, which is 64 PSI.
• 3375 lbs per tire: This is 90% of the maximum load, so the tire pressure is 90% of 80 PSI, which is 72 PSI.

I’m not quite there yet, but this is a great question. I plan to do ~53psi when I get my Nokians. But very open to suggestions.

I run 60psi cold. My dry weight is around 8000lbs though.

Passenger type tires are fitted with a 10% overage in load capability when used on SUV's, Light Trucks, and Vans because of the difference in load handling. This load overage can be removed when changing to an LT type tire. Based on the calculations I think that the correct tire pressure should be about 51 psi.
