Manual tonneau covers update by Rivian

Got my cover today and one of plastic guides was broken in shipping. The last panel guide is also cracked. Rivian stop shipping these by UPS.

Just got my UPS notice as well.. 43.9lbs due to arrive next Wed. Fingers crossed it doesn't arrive broken, but our UPS guys here are brutal as SOP.

Still waiting for mine. Confirmed mailing address about 2 months ago. Are you guys getting notices on shipping or are the cover just showing up? I have been thinking that Rivian was rethinking the design due to such a slow roll out. But it appears owners are still getting them on a weekly basis.

Same same ... received email for address confirmation on July 14 and nothing since. Figured Rivian maybe halted deliveries due to early customer issues (arriving broken, seemingly fragile even if arriving safe, etc). Seems like people are still getting them though (and still fragile).
I installed a Lomax folding cover in the meantime and it’s been great. Doesn’t look as clean (i.e., not a factory fit/aesthetic) and not water sealed (although pretty good in wet weather, just not storms or pressure washing) ... but It offers the secure, covered bed I’ve wanted (needed) since taking delivery in March.

Nope, mine is being delivered this afternoon (hopefully not in pieces). December 2022 delivery for me.

Received mine Friday. Box was beat to heck, but cover itself seems to have survived undamaged.
