Can you clarify what to look for on the phone app to see a guide assignment?
I assume its when the person icon (Ask us anything) is clicked.

Open the app.
click (view your preorder)
Then click your name on the top right once it loads your configuration.
Then click the ? in the top right.
if you have a guide there name will be displayed and personal contact info. Otherwise you will have the general Rivian info.

I just noticed that in the (iOS) app you can add the guide to your contacts, which is a great little UX feature.

For those of you that have gotten guide assignments recently, do any of you currently have Red Canyon configured for exterior color? For those with config in the signature I have not seen it (unless there are some that are out of date), I keep going back and forth between keeping RC or switching to Rivian Blue, which seems to be a much more common option at the moment amongst the newly assigned crowd! If RC pre-orders are starting to get guides then I may wait to see if something happens soon and discuss config updates during my guide call...thanks in advance!

Went to Atlanta yesterday, saw BM interior in person, and am happy with the appearance. Emailed Guide, made the switch, also to 21" road tires (range more important to me). She responded, made the changes, without need to update PBA, and commented that likely delivery window is June/July, rather than May/June. I did offer to take delivery at the temporary service center in Atlanta, and will see if that helps move it up.

I have launch green selected. I was torn between launch green and Rivian blue. But since launch green was limited availability I went with it.

There are only so many times I can click refresh in a day. I think Rivian knows and said don't give that guy a Guide until he stops overloading the servers.

I think we are all in the same boat. I sent my guide an email first. I’ve been checking my inbox every 5 minutes since. LoL.

I received my guide email yesterday. Call is tomorrow!

Compass Yellow R1T, BM, 20”.LE.

Funny thing is, I am still torn between the R1T and the R1S, so I might delay.

I ordered in May 2019, no assignment yet... but May June here... I changed from OC to green hoping to keep the the May June. I hope not all is lost...

Determined to stick with LG/FE green on green to the bitter end.
My guess is they'll be lining up the Launch greens first (or s00n) with the move from BM to FE.
Still no guide contact. But it's not May yet!

Guide info also now in my account. LG/BM Fall 2020 reservation, NorCal. No out reach yet, but hoping soon!
