Mobile App “Connection lost”

My truck has been at the SC for what seems like forever (2.5 weeks for 9hrs of warranty labor). Last night my phone app lost connection and now just says “Connection lost”.

The SC says the tow truck picked it up already - but ETA is 24+ hrs.

Closed and restarted app. Toggled BT. Toggled Wi-Fi. Reset phone.

“Connection lost” still

Maybe an $80k luxury adventure brick will show up eventually? Although I’d assume the truck is awake since they have to get into the service menu.

Does the lock itself out if it senses the owner hasn’t had his truck in forever?

I have yet to have a 3rd party tow do anything with the screen interface that I can tell. Most of them barely know how to lock and unlock the vehicle. They are not doing anything with tow mode, etc that I have experienced with my two SC field trips via 3rd party tows.

I have had problems lately with getting this message and with the app not updating the miles or saying that it is charging. Sometimes hard closing the app and reopening has worked but not always. Definitely frustrating. Also, the location feature on the app has always said 'data unavailable' for me.
