I purchased My R1S Gen 2 Trimax on Nov 20th I have been driving around for a while. I like the interior quality. Quite travel, Delalers experience was very good ( Lot better than Tesla). However charging was little Hiccups. Mobile chargers did not function at all. Doors were not latching up properly. Talked to my delivery person she said it normal in the beginning. How many people had similar experience. I also have Tesla Model Y We like both. We use Tesla wall chargers for Rivian that works Great with adapter. Once speakers did not response at all. But after one upgrade it works well. I was with chat line. That experience was very good. Chat person agreed to replace Mobile chargers. Is there any thing else I should be doing after vehicle purchase, Please keep me updated.

Thanks

please can you report back on the charging rate you get from your tesla wall charger above 80% charge on your tri max - is it the full power, or does the rivian turn down how much its consuming?

My experience Wirth Tesla wall charger is very good I could get about 25-28 miles Per hour. And I had charge full 100%. I wanted to test out. I purchased Adapter from Amazon about $40 and worked very well. Charging was done at 48amp. With Tesla I can get about 45 miles per hour. Tesla has a smaller Battery pack, About 90 KWH and Rivian about 141 KWH.

Awesome - thank you! - so it held 48A right up to 100% (just like on our Gen1's)? Picking up a TriMax later this month, it would have been a major issue for us if the charging performance on a L2 charger was worse than we get today on our gen1's.
