Navigation Errors - unable to re-route and does not recognize destination

Well, Rivian navigation in its current state really struggles with re-routing. Attached are some screenshots of my recent drive. The only deviation along the originally planned route I took was that I used an HOV lane, which is admittedly on the left side of the highway while the main road is on the right. It thoroughly confused the Nav and it could not recover.

The building in yellow is my destination. I was around the corner from it and the Nav is telling me to go the opposite way. Then while in the parking lot of my destination, it’s doesn’t recognize I’m there and keeps telling me to drive away.

I doubled checked the destination address and it was correct.

Is there somewhere to report this in case it matters and helps with further development?

Don't even get me started on this. It's ridiculous. I'm saving up some photos of all the crazy routes I've been taken through.
