New Error Message from Driver Assist

Has anyone seen this message pop up during their Driver Assist adventures. This one is new to me. I have received the "put your hands back on the wheel" message but this one is much more dramatic and does not even relate to hands on the wheel as it has shown up when I was holding the wheel with two hands. Rivian recommended hard reset and that was done but still showing up.
