New Rivian space in San Francisco?

Does anyone know what Rivian is planning in Hayes Valley? I was in the neighborhood a couple of weeks ago and saw a Rivian sign on a fence around Fell and Octavia, but didn't have time to investigate.

That sure looks like it, yes. I guess it will include service, but it must be a long way from becoming reality, since they don't even show it as a future service site online.

Interesting. The Bay Area could sure use another service center, but those plans seem to be for something slightly different.

looks to be in works since early 2022. permit issued! here is the info....contractor also already involved
they also took out a second permit for associated signage.
