Charon - I do subscribe to Connect+ - Thanks! There's never an "announced release date". It comes out when it comes out, and it rolls out to individual vehicles unpredictably. (Other than that if you subscribe to Connect+, you should get it before people who don't subscribe to Connect+, internet service dependent.)
Considering Rivian has a planned Spooky Halloween Event on October 22nd to showcase the Spooky theme, I would assume this week or next. Thanks for the quick response on 2025.38.XX!
I had the same experience with the accompanying warning lights showing up on my driver screen confirming front collision and lane assist were off line. Also wouldn’t allow me to set cruise control. I tried a few soft reboots as well as manually toggling the front collision assist on, only to have it toggle right back off. After getting into my R1S the next morning it worked again. Annoying but at least it seems to sort itself out after some time.Any idea when "kick-turn" will be added for the Quads? Also, did anyone else get an unreliable upgrade with last one? I lost all safety features: no front collision, no blind spot and no assisted drive -- worse of all was that the screen behind the steering wheel has a crazy dance show of trucks and motorcycles and people and cars that were not there... 2026 Quad no back in service with less than 800 miles on it and they still can't figure out why it can't hold the update. I'm told it's a nationwide Rivian issue that engineers are trying to fix. Anyone else.
