Your guide probably has to call service center. To schedule manually.

Don't stress it. My appointment calendar gave me just one day to pick up (it was three days ahead) which i couldn't do. No other days available. I called my guide and told her the day I wanted (Xmas eve) and she sorted it. 30 mins later the SC itself calls me up and offers me a choice of times. Brilliant customer service right there.

I think they're just crazy busy with yr end push or something. The new SC in San Jose where I'm due to get mine is heaving with R1s, and they even have an offsite storage for those cars more than a few days out. A good sign if you ask me.

There were three slots on Christmas eve...so staff likely could get out by 1pm?

I agree...Call/text/email your guide. There was nothing open on the day I wanted (the whole week actually), so I asked my guide for a 10am...and that time was already taken! So I got 11am. Which works fine too.

Seems there are often slots in the future that aren't showing up yet.

I'm taking delivery this Wednesday, the 28th in Brooklyn. I actually had someone from the service center text me and set up the time. They did it last night and confirmed this morning. They seemed have multiple days and times open that they offered me.
