No software updates since delivery in August 2023

my car was delivered on 8/23 with 2024.27.30 software. However, I’ve not received any software updates since? Anyone have the same issue?

My first update after delivery actually took a chat with service.

Just contact Support/Service and have them push the OTA. Knowing if there are others like you changes nothing.

Make sure your app is set up for how you prefer to receive your updates. You can choose only at home or anywhere, manual or automatic and also when you want the updates to be done if you choose that option.

Check your Update settings and make sure the car is connected to WiFi to receive the update.

LOL--I read that as Aug, 2023 delivered with a 2024 version of the operating system.
