Install a 240 plug outside and use the mobile charger at work and install the Rivian charger at home so you have it when you need it. Assuming you don't want to permanently install a Rivian charger at work.
This is 100% the right answer.
In 9 hours you'll easily get enough charge that you never have to charge at home. And no one will mess with your 240 outlet. Plus you can use the outlet for other 240 things. You can get a heavy duty, weatherproof outlet for less than $50: https://amzn.to/3veGEg6

It's a lower cost, more usable, and less fragile solution. The one above is even lockable and I would 100% lock it when not in use.

The RIVIAN Charger is nice, it works well, but it's not something I would install outside, and it can easily be broken and destroyed. Plus the long 22ft cable is likely to get pretty badly worn just sitting outside a building. That's true with any charger.

Also wanted to add that the mobile charger locks into the vehicle charging port when the vehicle is locked while charging. I’m sure a determined individual could still steal part of the charging apparatus but would take some effort.

I'm sure the mobile charger is a lot easier/cheaper to replace also. Personally I would buy a Kevlar cover for the hardware part of it to protect it from getting banged up from outdoor use.
