Driver seat won’t adjust automatically for Owner setting

All,
Loving my our family’s new R1S quad max. My wife is primary driver and I use vehicle periodically. That said, I’m owner in the system and when I get in vehicle, it recognizes me as owner but won’t go to my seat settings automatically without a physical toggle on the screen back and forth to between my wife’s setting and mine.

Make sure you are using the key assigned you was used to setup the settings. You can also try saving the settings again.

I’ve had this problem many times. And I’m again trying to get them to acknowledge a bug. Seems to be easily reproducible if the vehicle goes to sleep while on my wife’s profile. Then I approach.

If your wife's key does the unlocking, then you will always have to switch. I find that if my wife and I walk up together there is a 50/50 chance it picks up her phone before my phone. (100% her is she has the fob with her).

When you get in, does it already have your name?

Yes it does have my name. The problem is not the profile switch. The problem is that the seat position does not change as a result of the profile switch when the vehicle has been asleep. Unless I toggle it to her name first and then back to mine.

That sounds annoying, especially since the truck recognizes you. If it knows who you are but won't move, it feels like a glitch linking the profile to the motor execution. Have you tried deleting your profile and setting it up again? Sometimes resetting the phone link forces a proper sync.
