Noticed Wind Noise for the first time after 10K mi, and while I was annoyed by the noise, I was able to pinpoint the issue. the door rubber window sealant was bent inward right at the 130 degree door corner. picture attached.. the good thing I have an appointment with SC this week. :(

When i have wind noise i've found that lowering the window a few inches and raising it back up significantly reduces or eliminates the noise. Not sure why, but seems to work for my R1T.

have you checked when you have the noise and window closed if the seal is not bent? And when you open and close it gets back to normal position, mine looks like a metal under the rubber is bent and not able to pull out so the glass go in between
