I'm not quite understanding this feature. Is there any reason why "Kneel Mode" wouldn't go to the lowest setting? Also what's the difference between this mode and just selecting low ride height or Sport mode before parking?

Fair point, I figured it would when it was discussed prior to the actual announcement. From what I recall at the lowest ride height its fairly close to the standard ride height of an F150 which is still a decent step in height without running boards.

User action each instance vs automatic once enabled in settings.

The information I read said Kneel Mode goes about an inch lower than the lowest driving setting. If you watch the video you can see the truck gets extremely low.

Man, the height it drops to definitely makes ingress and egress easier. The problem is the time it takes to get there. Manual says up to 5 seconds. There's not a single person in my car who is going to wait 5 seconds after I stop it to get out. So I turned this on last night. Made 3 stops this morning doing some errands, and I've turned it off already. The one time I waited for it, yep, super low and easy to get out of. But otherwise, every time I got out, the process was interrupted because it was just taking too long.

I'd imagine this rollout has been expedited because of the Halloween weekend easter egg they've included. If they push the rollout beyond this week then people will miss out on whatever they teased for this weekend.
Yeah, exactly. This rolled out a week earlier/faster than normal and they missed some bugs.

That's not correct. Earlier in the thread I posted the relative heights of Low, Kneel and Lowest. It's close to Low. That's the happy medium between lowering and speed, as people clearly don't want to have to wait for it.

It's more like 2 seconds for me, and I've never interrupted it or waited for it.

I just wish they had a setting that you could chose "low" or "lowest" - my wife recently had knee replacement, and needs it on "lowest" to get in and out for the time being. Even "low" isn't quite enough.
It actually goes to the lowest setting. I measured it last night. It may be off by less than 1/2 inch. I was hoping it would be lower than lowest but lowest will do.

Yeah, I applied the update last night, but haven't driven it yet, so it's still on lowest in my garage from when it was parked there pre-update.

Anyone has gotten a loud rubbing sound under the passenger front wheel well when making a sharp turn in the lowest setting in conserve? That’s my only concern with the kneel mode. But other than that it drops fast, front first, and to the lowest setting based on my measurements.

Not for mine, my lowest goes lower than kneel mode. If I put it into All-Purpose Low, it wont move at all when I park.
