Owner transfer

Since I requested owner request on July 5th, It still hasn't been completed so that I can't use app and has to carry a key all the time. I'm so frustrated by this time consuming process. When I requested, customer representative said it takes 5~7 business day, but over 3 weeks, owner transfer is still pending. I don't know how long it takes.....Does anybody has same experience?

I “traded” Rivian my first truck with paint issues for another one. This was 2 months ago. The old one is still listed on my app. Mentioned it to my guide twice and he told the department in charge but still nothing.

I just got mine complete today took week. Call them everyday and say u want it escalated

I escalated via Facebook messenger on Friday, seems like that got things moving - updated over the weekend. 2 weeks total.
